For over 30 years, All-Clad has manufactured high quality multi-ply cookware made in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The Happy Cook carries All-Clad’s Stainless, LTD, MC2 and Copper-Core lines of cookware. The majority of All-Clad’s lines are 3-ply, including Stainless, LTD and MC2 which have the conduction of aluminum, but the benefit of cooking with a stainless steel surface. Copper-Core is a 5-ply product that effectively cooks like copper without the maintenance of polishing a copper exterior. Each piece comes with a limited lifetime warranty. |

The Happy Cook offers hand forged knives by Wüsthof and Shun. For nearly 200 years, Wüsthof has been manufactured in Germany at the highest levels of quality. The resulting product is a knife that will maintain its' razor sharp edge for a long duration and that will easily accept a new edge when needed. Shun offers a uniquely sharp blade from Japan that is designed with a “D” shaped handle that fits perfectly into your hand and offers a lighter weight alternative to western knives like Wüsthof . |
Pillivuyt has been produced in France for over for almost two centuries and is used in 50% of the restaurants in France. Pillivuyt produces beautiful pieces of porcelain that are incredibly durable and scratch resistant. The diamond hard surface is non-porous, impervious to stains and will not lose its luster even after dishwashing repeatedly with strong detergents. Pillivuyt can be used in the microwave, freezer and oven.

We also offer a number of whole bean coffees and loose leaf teas from First Colony Coffee Roaster, as well as fine teas by The Republic of Tea. |
