Mrs. Anderson's Ceramic Pie Weights are just the tool to prevent your pie dough from bubbling when par-baking. They will weigh down the dough to allow heat to transfer evenly. Great for 8" to 10" pie crusts. To use: scrunch up some parchment paper and place over the pie crust, fill will the pie weights and bake. When cool, just pour the pie weights back into the container with no cleaning needed.
