Join Chef Soledad Liendo, a graduate of the International Institute of Culinary Arts in Buenos Aires, as she teaches you all the steps from selecting the right fish at the market to making it the centerpiece of your dinner table. Three different types of fish and three different cooking methods will be used and Soledad will share countless tips and ideas on cooking seafood.

Pan Roasted Mahi-Mahi
with Lemon Cream Reduction Sauce and Sweet and Sour Pearl Onions
Papillote cooked Tilapia with Vegetables, Apples, Cranberries and Ginger
