Like all knives in Wusthof's Classic series, this peeling knife's blade, tang, and bolster come precision forged from a single piece of precisely tempered, high-carbon, stain-resistant steel. It can be used to easily peel the skin off of round fruits and vegetables and its pointed tip makes it simple to access small spaces. It also works well for slicing vegetables or fruit cradled in the palm for efficiently covering a pizza with mushrooms or adding peaches to a fruit salad.
