Tuesday, October 8th 6:00-8:00 pm $75 per person (Hands On Class) Limit 10 People

Join The Happy Cook’s Mary Cowell as she teaches this hands-on class. Students will review basic knife cuts as well as more intricate and decorative cuts will be demonstrated and then practiced. Students will also work on deboning and prepping various chicken parts. Knives will be provided for students. The items prepared in the class will be used to make a delicious risotto that will be shared by all members of the class.
