Knife Skills: In-Depth Veggie & Fruit (Hands-On)

Wednesday, February 19th 6:00-8:00 pm $75 per person (Hands On Class) Limit 10 People

Join The Happy Cook’s Mary Cowell as she teaches this hands-on class. Students will review basic knife cuts as well as more intricate and decorative cuts will be demonstrated and then practiced. Knives will be provided for students. The items prepared in the class will be used to make a delicious risotto and fruit salad that will be shared by all members of the class.

This class does not require our Basic Knife Skills class but will dive into more advanced techniques and a broader scope of cuts than what is covered our Basic Knife Skills class.
