Advanced Knife Skills & Chicken Breakdown (Hands-On)

Thursday, January 23rd 6:00-8:00 pm $75 per person (Hands On Class) Limit 10 People

Join Matt Greene, Executive Chef of Common House and previously of JM Stock Provision, as he teaches an advanced knife skills class with emphasis on chicken breakdown. Students will review basic knife cuts as well as each student will take apart a whole chicken piece by piece and then take then will be able to take the chicken home to use later. Knives will be provided for students. During the course of the class Matt will be roasting chickens and serving that with a pan gravy.

This class does not require our Basic Knife Skills class but will dive into more advanced techniques and a broader scope of cuts than what is covered our Basic Knife Skills class.
