Join Chef Tom Whitehead, a classically trained chef with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu in London as he teaches you how to prepare a French holiday favorite Bûche de Noël.  During the class participants will make two different type of French buttercream as well as the jellyroll and then learn the appropriate technique to turn those components into the iconic holiday dessert.
