Sunday, April 7th, 6-7 pm.  $25 per person (Demo Class) Limit 9 students.

Join us as we will be focusing on tempering chocolate and then dipping and decorating peanut butter eggs. Chef Grace will also demonstrate how to make the peanut butter mixture as well as talk about the history of the Easter Egg.

 Grace Driver is a Baking and Pastry graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the class will include samples of her chocolate covered peanut butter eggs.
