Join Ian Redshaw, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and James Beard Award semi-finalist for Best Rising Star Chef.  Redshaw, and partners, opened LAMPO in 2014 and then three years later he and the team opened Prime 109 – a woodfire steakhouse that follows the seasons and features the bounty of Albemarle County.  Ian, a father of two little ones, loves cooking with young chefs and excited to work with your young cook.

This class is designed for children ages 5-12 accompanied by a guardian who will be helping during the cooking process.
