Join Tom Whitehead, a classically trained chef with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu in London, as he prepares a wonderful slow cooking strew that is a favorite for the winter season in this demo class.

This is a demo class which will include a generous tasting of the food. Students will get the recipes and sourcing of the ingredients, so that they will be prepared to recreate these dishes at home for their family and friends.
