Join Chef Tom Whitehead, a classically trained chef with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu in London as he teaches you and your loved one how to prepare dishes inspired by Parisian cooking. In pairs, participants will prepare these recipes and learn cooking techniques and tips which can be utilized in your everyday cooking.   In order to tackle this ambitious menu Chef Whitehead will demonstrate the technique on the Chicken Dijon.
