Join Chef Jabari Wadlington from Charlottesville's New restaurant Farm Bell Kitchen as he prepares a delicious Farm to Table meal with a New Orleans twist!

He will start with a discussion of Tasso Ham and how to make it and then show us the ins and out of preparing a Classic Chicken Etoufee served over steamed rice. The class will conclude with Baked Alaska.

This is a demo class which will include a generous tasting of the food. Students will get the recipes and sourcing of the ingredients, so that they will be prepared to recreate these dishes at home for their family and friends.
