Join Nirvana Abou-Gabal for some delicious gluten-free Middle Eastern cuisine.  She will start the class off with service of some fresh mint tea and then go on to prepare the menu below.

Fragrant Egyptian Chicken Soup
A warming, simple, and fragrant soup made with shredded chicken, chickpeas, chard, and an abundance of spices such as cumin, coriander, mint, and cinnamon. 
Quinoa and Chickpea "Tebbouleh"
A heartier and gluten-free version of traditional tebbouleh which adds chickpeas and replaces the burghul with quinoa.
