Tuesday, December 3rd, 6:00-8:00 pm $85 per person (Hands On Class) Limit 10 People

Join Ian Redshaw, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and James Beard Award semi-finalist for Best Rising Star Chef.  Redshaw, and partners, opened LAMPO in 2014 and then three years later he and the team opened Prime 109 – a woodfire steakhouse that follows the seasons and features the bounty of Albemarle County.  Redshaw’s approach to food is simple: technique-driven, flavor-focused and lacking in ego.

Ian will demonstrate whole tenderloin butchery and then each person will individually create a single serving of this traditional holiday roast while a larger portion will be demoed and enjoyed by the guests.
