Homemade Marshmallow

Sunday, January 27th, 6-7 pm.  $25 per person limited to 8 students.

See the tips and techniques in making perfect marshmallow.  The marshmallow will be used as the topping of a Mexican inspired hot chocolate--also made in the class-- and then the lighter-than-air confection will be used as the basis of a candy treat.

This demonstration class with Grace Driver, Baking and Pastry graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, will include samples and sips of the delicious items made in the class.

$25 per person.
