6 Class Series Wednesdays, January 8th through February 12th, 6:00-8:00 pm $395 per person (Hands On Class) Limit 10 People

Join Ian Redshaw, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and James Beard Award semi-finalist for Best Rising Star Chef.  Redshaw, and partners, opened LAMPO in 2014 and then three years later he and the team opened Prime 109 – a woodfire steakhouse that follows the seasons and features the bounty of Albemarle County.  Redshaw’s approach to food is simple: technique-driven, flavor-focused and lacking in ego.

Ian will take students through a 6 course series which will survey a range of culinary topics with a meal to enjoy at the end of each evening.  Cooks of all skill levels are invited to take this course and will be able to develop and perfect their cooking abilities with an award winning chef.
