Tuesday, January 21st, 6 - 8 pm, $75 per person (hands-on class) Limit 10 people

Join Chef Tom Whitehead, a classically trained chef with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu in London as he shows students how to successfully tackle a double crust pie with a lattice top.  Students will make will be making a 8" Mixed Berry Pie to take home and bake.  Tom will be using the same crust recipe to make a chicken pot pie and to show the flexibility of the recipe and that will be enjoyed at the end of the class as well as a slice of Tom's Mixed Berry Pie.
