Join Ashley Brooks a graduate of the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver Colorado as she teaches you how to prepare a traditional Thai curry.  Ashley spent time in rural northeast Thailand and then traveled through Thailand, Laos and Vietnam taking lessons with chefs in all 3 countries.  Ashley attributes most of her knowledge to the Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School where she trained under chef Sompon Nabnian.
