Join Melissa Close-Hart from The Junction in Belmont as she covers how to make basic pasta dough and how to roll dough for various shapes and styles. She will make two types of fillings and stuff two types of filled pasta shapes as well as making hand-cut loose pasta with a sauce.

Recipes will be provided for more fillings and sauces that you can try at home.
