Join Cecelia Baum Raborn for a hearty, winter vegan menu.  

Start the evening with a refreshing pomelo and arugula salad featuring mint and warming spices. 
For the main course Cecelia will make a vegan version of the French classic mushroom bourguignon featuring homemade vegetable stock, local mushrooms, and vegan noodles.
