Join Mitchell Beerens, founder of Lampo, Charlottesville's most acclaimed Neapolitan pizzeria, as he breaks down and demystifies cooking from home.  You will go home with new culinary techniques and enjoy a fun evening out in our state of the art culinary kitchen.

Brick Grilled Chicken with Panzanella Salad

Chicken thigh, summer tomatoes, basil, rustic bread, red wine vinaigrette.

Stewed sweet peppers, roasted garlic, burrata, aged balsamic.

Blackberries, lemon, thyme, demerara sugar, mascarpone, amaretti cookies.
