Join Mitchell Beerens, co-owner of Lampo, Charlottesville's most acclaimed Neapolitan pizzeria, as he breaks down and demystifies cooking from home.  You will go home with new culinary techniques and enjoy a fun evening out in our state of the art culinary kitchen.

Shawarma

Spiced beef wrapped in warm laffa bread with shepherd's sauce, lemon tahini and garlic yogurt sauce.

Sweet and sour roasted pepper and walnut dip with pomegranate molasses.
