Join Chef Soledad Liendo, a graduate of the International Institute of Culinary Arts in Buenos Aires, as we tour on the flavors of the Spanish peninsula while learning a few of its classic appetizers recipes and learning foundational cooking techniques.  We will be diving delving into the subject of Tapas again after a the popularity of our first offering in January.
