Join Mitchell Beerens, founder of Lampo, Charlottesville's most acclaimed Neapolitan pizzeria, as he breaks down and demystifies cooking from home.  You will go home with new culinary techniques and enjoy a fun evening out in our state of the art culinary kitchen.

Grilled flank steak, salt water basted, rosemary, and chimichurri sauce.
