Join Mitchell Beerens, founder of Lampo, Charlottesville's most acclaimed Neapolitan pizzeria, as he breaks down and demystifies cooking from home.  You will go home with new culinary techniques and enjoy a fun evening out in our state of the art culinary kitchen.

  Chili Relleno

Roasted mild poblano peppers stuffed with melty cheese and fried until golden brown; served with salsa.

Corn, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime, smoked paprika, and mayonesa.

Flaky crust, cream cheese, fruit preserves, and cinnamon-sugar.
