Join Mitchell Beerens, founder of Lampo, Charlottesville's most acclaimed Neapolitan pizzeria, as he breaks down and demystifies cooking from home.  You will go home with new culinary techniques and enjoy a fun evening out in our state of the art culinary kitchen.

Mini Tortilla Española 

Caramelized onion, pardon pepper, garlic, egg, truffle salt, so much olive oil.

Pan con Tomate

Pan de crystal, garlic, vine ripe tomato, olive oil, crunchy salt, manchago cheese.

Gamba al Ajillo 

Shrimp, olive oil, garlic, sherry vinegar, chili, parsley.

Hot Chocolate

Dark chocolate, cinnamon sugar puff pastry twists for dipping.

Includes up to 2 glasses of wine
